After the success of last year's summer performance course, we are once again working with Spelthorne Borough Council to run the course in 2012, this time at Bishop Wand School, Layton Lane, Sunbury-on-Thames, TW16 6LT (close to stations and bus routes, and within easy reach of Sunbury Cross and the M3. 

The course will cover most aspects of fencing: strength and fitness, footwork, sword skills, tactics, individual lessons, competition fencing, armoury and refereeing.  The week will be fully structured; all participants will receive an outline plan of the week on the first morning, detailing session times and individual lessons.

Each day will start at 10.00am and finish at 4.00pm.  Participants will be expected to be ready and changed for start time, so you should plan to arrive at about 9.30am each day!  Bring packed lunches, as there will be no chance of leaving the building to go out and get lunch - activities will be running throughout the day.

The cost for the week's course is £115 for Egham Fencing Club members and £125 for non-members.
